Production Blog: Filming Updates

 Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well. Make sure you all are being safe as well. We are in a pandemic after all. Its a very crazy world out there. I mean have you seen what has been going on in Miami. Like it’s crazy, a whole curfew had to be made. They were living there best lives. Anyways, I know you all have been waiting for this update. It probably won’t be as much as you expected but various things have happened recently. Melissa and I did meet up this spring break. However, it was only for one day seeing as work parent schedules clashed. On Tuesday, I was off for the day so Melissa came in the evening. This was after her mom came home and was able to take her to meet me.We filmed most of the outside scenes with the main female character. We didn’t get to finish all the scenes of the main female character. This was due to the sun going down and it was getting pretty dark. I was the one filming for these scenes so i just improvised on the angles and movements that I think would go best. We also decided to change the name of our movie. Instead of calling it “Captive: The Kidnapping,” we will be calling it Snatched. We feel that this is the best name for the movie as it corresponds with what happens.

 I am finally finished with this project. For my CCR I did a hair tutorial while answering the questions. The video is very much ghetto as Ii had to go to work and still do my hair LOL, but it looks really good.

Planning for my Walmart Great Value water bottle commercial

Planning Blog Props: Since I am doing a  water bottle commercial, my main prop would be the Walmart Great Value water bottle. An additional piece that I am going to use is a soccer ball. Costumes: In my commercial, I will use myself as the subject and use my brother, godbrother, and cousin as additional members to help me play some scenes. We will all be in athletic clothes. I would wear leggings or gym shorts, a sweatshirt, sneakers, and a headband; My brother will most likely wear a pair of gym shorts, a shirt, and either his cleats or sneakers; My godbrother will most likely be wearing sneakers, a t-shirt, and shorts since he is a little toddler. My cousin will most likely wear sneakers, shorts, and a shirt. My brother and godbrother's hair is short, so they would not need anything for their heads.
